NHC-UCC Women’s Fellowship Spring Meeting

The spring meeting of the Women’s Fellowship of the NH Conference of the United Church of Christ is being held at DCC this year on Saturday, April 28.  This is a great opportunity for our church’s women to get a taste of what goes on in the broader context of the state organization.  Registration forms are available at DCC.  Registrations with payment are due by April 10.  Contact Trudie Bergeron at 603-828-4200 or TrudieGlenn@yahoo.com for more information.

Growing in God’s Grace (3G-101)

The five-session Growing in God’s Grace experiential series is for all who want to learn about spiritual practices, using your gifts as you follow Christ, our church’s ministries and history, the Bible, and the UCC denomination.  It’s required for people who want to become Covenanted Members of DCC, but it’s a great refresher for everyone.  The series will begin Sunday, April 8, at 10:15 a.m.  Those who wish to become Covenanted Members of DCC will do so on May 13.  To participate in the series, please sign up in the Great Room. For more information, call the Church office at 463-7734.

St. Patty’s Potluck

Please join us for our next DCC potluck, which will take place on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, at 5:30 p.m. We will all be lucky with the bounty shared by our church’s fabulous cooks and spirited fellowship! Come dressed in green or other traditional garb; awards will be presented to the best dressed of the night. Share some usual and creative St. Patty’s day food or just join us for a night of fun!

Special Meeting

DCC’s Annual Meeting last Sunday went well, with recognition of those “retiring” from committee positions and also three other individuals – Anne Crawn, Suzanne Steele, and Bo Marko – noted for outstanding service in our church. Also, the Nominating Team’s report and proposed budget passed as presented.

On February 18 immediately after worship, a Special Meeting will be held to vote on the Annual Meeting minutes, which will be available this coming week.
